Bryan Cascarano
Managing Director
Bryan Cascarano is a leader and innovator in the staffing industry known for remarkable client service. Prior to starting Mariden Search, he was as an accomplished executive with jobTopia, one of the fastest growing boutique Accounting & Finance staffing firms in Atlanta. Bryan has made a mark with his charismatic style and exceptional performance and has a strong reputation for developing deep-rooted relationships nationwide.
As Managing Director of Mariden Search, Bryan leads business development, strategy, internal recruiting, and training. With a practice including organizations of all sizes, ranging from start-ups to well established mid-market and Fortune 500 companies, Bryan leads searches across a range of industries. Prior to joining jobTopia, Bryan held progressive leadership roles for a Fortune 500 recruiting firm.
Bryan enjoys a great cup of coffee, biking, traveling and spending time with his wife, Ceili, and their children, Marion, Braeden & Ronan.
Jerad Donovan
Director Onboarding & Delivery
Jerad is a seasoned leader in Talent Acquisition and HR/Compliance. He currently supports Mariden Search’s Temporary & Permanent placement division as the Director of Onboarding & Delivery.
Jerad specializes in national staffing operations and strategic search needs which includes a beginning-to-end service from staffing exploration to a finalized completion of compliance requirements for all staffed individuals. The clients he has supported throughout the years spans a broad range of industries including accounting and finance, business analysis, marketing and advertising support, sales, customer service, general office support, and warehouse specialists. Whether it is the need for a singular niche skillset or a larger volume of support in implementing an optimized operations plan of putting together a team of 100+ associates to ensure clients reach their goals, he enjoys being the lead for all aspects involved with staffing operations.
Jerad, originally from Rochester NY, now resides in greater Atlanta, GA with his wife and son.
